Weird spotting on leaves, ideas?

What kinda medium you running? I see coco and pearlite. If that's all, you could be experiencing a minor nitrogen def. Also if it's coco how often are you watering? The leaves could be saying the plants thirsty. Hard to say for sure without knowing more info. Watering ,temps ,grow medium, lighting ,humidity etc
