How ya doin? I just finished my crop and its tasting umm not as well as i had hoped. It has this somewhat chemically i guess chlorophylly taste. I was just wondering does curing help improve the flavor? Appreciate any advice.
yes, its all about the cure. i assume putting it away for a couple weeks is out of the question, so just take note as to how much better it tastes every day.

Im curing in a glass jar. My question is should i just leave it in the jar or should i be opening it once a day an letting freshair get in? Any advice would be helpful

yeah, i keep my jars in my room. when i spen my half an hour or so a day in there i open them when i get in and close them when i leave. you want to basically exchange the air inside the jar for air outside the jar.
