Weird wilting

We have an outdoors plant in a grow pot that has started wilting one stem at a time? Please help!

Root problems........... Gophers, beetle grub, or even a nematode problem.

pics! and what do you mean by the stems wilted? do you mean like 1 fan leaf at a time? from where? top/middle/bottom? whats the color of the plant? any splotches/dots/markings?

Ok, there's no leaf splotching, marks/dots. In the morning everything looks fine, come out in afternoon and there's wilting (as if lack of water) on one main stem (all minor stems off the main) are droopy. The rest of the plant is fine. We cut off the first wilted stem on Wed. then today had to cut off another stem. I'll try to get pic.s if there's another stem tomorrow. All the other plants are fine. Ok reread your question. The whole branch (stem) is wilted. One main big stem, with maybe three or four smaller stems shooting off of it. Thanks for your help.
