I'm glad I can't at the moment, or else I'd have to do a new load of laundry, as I'd probably cream my pants.
hi smokey! your girls look very delicious and super healthy. im so happy you stopped by my journal to wish me a warm welcome back after my trip. that was super nice of you!
you have a lovely journal here!
It was such a pleasant surprise to open your journal to see you have the same type of tent that i have!.( i have a SJ DR120 tent!!!!which one do you have?) and then to see you have 2 tents, right? lol..so freakin crazy because
i am presently getting ready to purchase another DR 120 tent and am thinking about how i can utilize my equipment efficently for both tents.. like sharing my 4 inch inline out take fan and my 6 in inline exhaust fan.
Is this what you do with your set-up?
brilliant gardening dude!
cheers

Thats a great goal smokey, good luck to you. just try to stay focused and you can do it.
Im also going to try to work out more. Im trying to run 5 miles everyother day and lift more. The cooler weather is awesome to run in. It felt so good the other day, it makes it so much easier than battleing overheating with the warm weather. Do you run? I have found its really the optimal way to lose weight, especially abdominal weight, it naturally cuts your oblique abd muscles..melts it away.
Have a good day smokeybro.
Today marks a new chapter in my life. I am officially going to watch what I eat again. On my new I-Phone I have this app that monitors food intake, as long as I keep it under 2,300 calories a day I can go from 220 lbs to 200lbs by the end of the year. Last summer I was working out a lot and I got kinda cut but then winter came around. This time I would like to progressively lose the weight, begin working out routinely, and get back into the shape I was.
