Welfare to work. requirement

Many states have requirements that property owners cant even take their own property and divide it to allocate room for rental property, unless they attach some ridiculous amount of land to it, usually over 100 acres per dwelling.

Only the rich man can afford to develop inside the cities, and then those of us who have rural land close to the city and the means to pop up half a dozen newer manufactured homes and put families in there, our hands are tied because of government regulation. It isn't a money thing or land thing, it's regulation that has stopped me from doing just that, otherwise I'd write the check today and the homes would be here next week. The land I was going to put them on isn't even farmable, but I still got told to go fuck myself on that one.

Oh but there are no house killing regulations in your world. Must be nice.

States?

Oh you mean Local municipal zoning laws
Oh yeah definatly Obamas fault

And NO ONE wants to live next to a trailer park. Especially the people next to your land whose value would be negativly impacted.

Try buying some land further out in the boonies to build your white trash oasis

Uncle Slayton's got his Texan pride
Back in the thickets with his Asian bride
He's cut that corner pasture into acre lots`*
He sells 'em owner financed
Strictly to them that's got no kind of credit 'Cause he knows they're slackers
When they miss that payment
Then he takes it back*

Zoning is a form of theft, in that it is a reduction of ownership. For full ownership, a person would have controlling property rights over the land they own, but no right to harm or control land they don't own.

That full ownership sounds like it is still incredibly limited. Any use of land could potentially harm land an individual doesn't own.

I was going to rent them, not sell them. Why would I put half a dozen homes on my own property just to turn them loose? Keep growing weed for a living.

I never said it was Obamas fault, lol. This shit happened way before his ass showed up.

Trailer park? No, see they were to be 6 manufactured homes, ranging from about 10-20 years in age. Very nice any renter could be proud to call home. Paint wouldn't be peeling like your house was. Shit, yours was so bad didn't they have to force you to do something about it?

They just forced my one neighbor to paint his gutters, and the other one to put a cement parking pad in. just like you i deal with an out of control local municipalitie.

And they are all republicans...GO figure

Running with scissors on your land could potentially harm somebody. Stabbing somebody on their land with scissors is an actual harm. One of those actions would require restitution. Can you guess which one? I know you can.

Maybe you should move to Somalia?
