Well damn... Think I got a hermy... Will it polinate my whole crop?

So I think what I have here is a hermy guys. Gonna post a pic to see what everybody else thinks.

If it is a hermy, does it look like the male nanners have already released polen? Am I going to get seeds in my whole crop? Even the girls that JUST showed stigmas?

Do I need to harvest this plant now?...

I was away for a week at my best friends funeral and left my roomate in charge. And let's just say I came back to a NOT so pleasent sight..... Severely heat stresses plants, and saw this last night.

Any advice at all would be much appreciated

P.S. Sorry for the blury pic, it's hard to get a good pic of these little shits...

ehhh hard to say brotha.. but imo i think they released a little bit. Is that the only banana you see in there? if so pic it off carefully if possible. I had a plant go herm on me and i was spotting the bananas early. but that fucker managed to throw some pollen before i could get the few that were there.
how far along is it?? if it's close i would cut. just keep an eye out for seedpods in your other girls

it does look like a sac
if u have a fan blowing around in there,then chances r they all have been pollenated

mother fucker... yea I have like 4 fans blowing around in there..........

~She's probably about 2 weeks out from harvest.

~Found 1 other nanner that didn't look 'open' but this is the only other one.

~I have this girl, and another that are 1-2 weeks from planned harvest date. And then 6 other plants that just showed signs of sex (female) within the past 2 days.

So do you think I should harvest the plant with the nanners?.. And will my plants that just showed signs of sex 2 days ago still get polinated and be super seedy?

Thanks again for all the help guys!!!! Really!!!! I just need to know if I should harvest..

i would pick the balls off and continue on
the plants that just showed sex CAN get pregnant,so look for signs of pollenation
within a few days there will be withered pistils and swelling calyxes

yeah of course it's possible that it got on your new plants. but only time will tell that. With my hermie. I noticed bananas and i would pick em' upon advice on RIU. and within a week or so i noticed the seeds just sprout out of nowhere on my other plants. my advice is to cut it ( if it's close) and keep an eye out for seedpods forming on your other plants. It hurts to see that man. to go all this way and have one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. But you may be lucky. after you cut the plant down. I'd scrub the entire room to try and rid it of any pollen that may/may not be hiding in there

oh and yes if you only have 1-2 weeks. Cut it. imo. my plants were way younger than that. they could've gone another 3 or 4 weeks (sativa dominant) but i did get a decent high from all of them. only problem i ran into with cutting almost a month early was lack of flavor and they were a bit less potent. but potent nonetheless to my suprise

Hell yea, thanks bro! I'll be chopping tonight then. Unfortunatly. But I'm still kinda excited in a weird way, I enjoy harvest time. Just wish it was the ACTUAL harvest time. Oh well.

i know man. harvest time i get butterflies .... begins with the flush and then the anticipation climbs to harvest.... by the time i smoke ..i'm so fucking excited i get that paranoid high from being so high strung. I just clipped a plant today. a single stemmed clone. and flushed ... needless to say ..i'm fucking stoked

I ran into this exact problem last harvest, except nearly 90% of my plants were hermies... I think it was a mix of light stress and bagseed tendancies. If you think you'll get enough out of her now, i'd harvest only her. If you don't see any other hermies, i would just get rid of her (him?). You dont even want to run the risk of it wrecking your crop. It won't make your other plants explode with seeds, but it will definitely cause some of them to have a couple radical seeds here and there... it's really not so bad

...from my experience with hermies, all came from feminized seeds, did you use a fem seed? I see you've harvested, looks tasty! ...any seeds?

Well I've found no seeds so far... I am just hoping and praying that the girls that just shot out stigmas haven't been polinated. And I actually got these plants as clones from a buddie of mine. The buds still look juicy and covered in trich's so that's good. Didn't really get to flush these girls because of the whole hermy situation. So we'll see how the smoke turns out...
I'ma be givin them a good dry and LONG cure!
