just took my plants down, gotten sick of watching them sit there not growing whatsoever, just losing bits and pieces to mold every time i go down,so i just cut them, i guess i have some hash to make, id rather get onto flowering my indoors.

my question is can a plant even be fully finsihed in canada outdoors? ive been looking on youtube and RIU and i havnt found a canadian thread that actually finsihes fully. i know the strain i used was a crap strain for outdoor, but can that really be it lol... i got 2 strains for outdoor next year that suposodly finish in september but im wondering if i should just run them inside and not do an outdoor. only down side i can only do 1-2 plants at a time because i dont have any room to do more

I'm no authority, but from the descriptions on the seed banks, you should be able to find strains that finish early enough for your climate.

Having been not involved with the whole weed culture for 30 years, I had to do my research. This was an experimental year, so I got a variety pack of seeds. Some with Indica charicteristics finished early. Others are stressing me out because they are still not ready and we're getting frost in the valleys. I collected some seeds from my experimentals and will see if they are better suited for my climate next year. I would assume they will adapt - I'm a big believer in Darwin!

if you wanted to try outdoor again maybe scrog it outside and when it gets to cold if it does it wont be to tall to bring inside and you could put it ucer some lights to finish her out

Basically take whatever the seed seller says and double the time for outdoor grown in northern clients...so...take that timeframe and adjust it so you harvest in late september, so start your plants indoors under a bank of CFL's to get the seedling and the start of veg stages out of the way so you can transplant them outdoors once the temperature at night is consistently above 50F in Mayish.

i had alot of fun growing outside, its way more exciting, besides not being "god" like you are inside. i have 2 diferent types of seeds and im thinking i might buy some autos too just to make sure i have some smoke at the end. one of my problems this year was the shit summer we had up in BC and another was clones that have only been grown inside, so i dont know if it was a good i dea to try them outside but you gotta learn somehow. guess i just gotta get the right strain

any tips on strains that people have tried that worked out well?
