Went to flush my plants. Discovered bud rot. HELP! Please (+reap)

Its in the title. But here's the deal. Its a big NL X skunk and ive LST'd and topped it so it has like 8 colas/ Now ONE of these colas has some pretty bad bud rot in 2 places cause i had really high humidity.

Should I harvest this one cola Now???.

i doubt its only 1 cola, good luck.

i wonder how many days after the flush it takes for the nutrients to get out of the buds

cut it immediatley, check over every single bud on the rest of the plant for bud rot, remove any effected areas immediatley. if it spreads your whole harvest will be ruined. just hope that hasnt happened already.

Yeah I did exactly this. Luckily I think it'll only leave a marginal dent in my harvest. There's none anywhere else on the plant, and I got rid of all that was bud rot. I harvestexd and am quick drying (in the oven) what was left hanging by the removed bud rot so this is the first time ill get to smoke my own home grown. Bud I'd say I lost about 4 grams...
