Wet trim vs dry trim?

Clear top, 19" using wire whip blades only. Using 2 wire blades all the time.

i don't make "shatter" , i make dry sift hash, and what i make out of trim is more than good enough for me and anyone i've ever shared it with.
i don't like the idea of taking something as perfect as weed and fucking it up by mixing it with noxious chemicals, even if they all evaporate during the process.
i've never tried dabs, or shatter, or rosin, and don't feel the need to.
i get so fucked up on weed i can't remember why i went in the kitchen already, i don't need to get any more fucked up than that.

if i was confident in my ability to make the stuff, i might try, but the way my luck goes i'd do something wrong and poison myself, or at least fuck up a whole plant and make a batch of garbage.
if thats what you like doin, more power to you, i'm pretty serious about not needing to get any higher than i already get, i already spend half the day trying to remember what i was supposed to do the other half

It's super easy to do solventless rosin extracts.

Can use a 2" hair straightener from 30.00 from Walmart, parchment paper, bud, and a couple clamp, but can use hand pressure. Set temp about 200, 225 max. Squeeze the a hit out of it for 1 min, scrape rosin. Dab and enjoy.

I do volume, so I dry ice extract all the trim with a 160 bag. Then press the kief in 25iu baggies. I rock a 20ton press with custom billet alumnium 5x7 heated plates (500w each plate) set to 225*.

I have no problem with you trimming your chosen way!
I came back and responded to things like the % concentration "differences" and the cellulose statement.
I get a little flustered at misinformation or incomplete/non explained information going out to the impressionable starting and novice growers that crowd the site looking for answers.

really? thats all there is to it? i may look into that....if i start posting the same message over and over, thats a good sign i figured it out

It can be.....it can be a lot more involved......
A well done extract delivers the closest thing to doing acid, short of actually doing it! It should be consumed properly also...
Driving is impossible and care should be taken when dabbing.....

DAMN fine buzz!

Can you make extracts out of the machine trim, or is it too beat up? Have you ever made BHO from machine trim?
