what am i doing wrong

two 4ft florescent plant and aquarium bulbs and two 60watt florescent cfl bulbs small fan with a big heart small space heater (on low) since my home isnt insulated and its winter 12/12 light cycle was at 16/8

but we need info like is it indoor or outdoor what lights u using
soil nutes are they from seeds or clones or lights how long u have them on for

yeah, I think you have two problems the #1 is lack of light you need a hell of a lot more than you've been giving them.
A 150 watt high pressure sodium yard light will run you about $80 - 100 depending were you shop and will pay for itself, maybe not on this grow seeing as it's been blooming so long. If it's too cold nothing will grow anyways regardless of what you do. 60 at night 75-80 lights on is ideal.
You can delete your photo (recomended) by using the edit function.

lol thanks im new to all this defiantly dont need my pic up there :X they arnt cold its a small room the heater makes it nice and toasty bu and believe me they grow the one is a monster in hight but it doesn't have the foliage idk whats goin on i think we more light also i think im gonna have to go get some better ones they have perked up alot with the new plant/aquarium bulbs ive noticed and its a short room only about 4 ft or so floor to ceiling in the middle so they are pretty close to it.. thanks for the advice tho its much appreciated im gonna have to try and get this shit up and moving better

wow tall and lanky plants. If they've got so little leaves and been alive since august, then definitely get more light.
