What are best CFLs to use for 3.5ft tall x 2.5ft deep and between 4ft-4.5ft wide

I wanted to grow about 4 or 6 plants in my grow room and I wanted to see what the best CFLs would be to use to get as much bud as possible for Top 44 plants and some Mazar x Afghan plants. Anything that would produce good lumens for fast, good bud growth and cheap would be good on my budget. Any good growers know of some good, cheap lights to use?

Click the link in my signature to see my grow. I used 8 26w 6500l CFL to grow 2 plants in a similar space. If you LST like I did those 8 would be fine. And there cheap!

Can I get those at like home depot or walmart? And how many would I need for like 4-6 plants?

You can get them at either of those stores. If you do a good job with LST I would say you could get away with 3 per plant. When its time to flower though I would pick up 40w bulbs but still go with 3 per plant. The 40w ones are expensive, $10 each where I live.
