What are the benefits of using Ancient forest and / or Lacto Bacillius

I know that making a tea will be beneficial to my plants by breaking down the fertilizers in the medium to a more usable state for the plants to take up. I think it also prevents or kills pyrethrum in DWC systems. What else does it do? Also I am looking for a recipe for it. Should I put a couple of table spoons of the ancient forest in a sock or panty hose and add an air stone in the sock and let it bubble for 24 -36 hours and add maybe a couple of tablespoons of molasses or some other beneficial bacteria food? I am going to use a DWC setup. How often should I add more of this mixture. Can I keep all of them alive if I add a small amount of molasses every week? Also, is there a benefit to also add Lacto Bacillus that I wont get from the ancient forest? Should I be adding anything else?

Bump. I heard that adding tea to soil will make the plants grow faster. Is there anything anyone can tell me about the benefits of using tea?
