You probably have answered this before, but what kind of pain? Not all cannabinoids are created equally. Nerve pain is a much different beast than muscle or joint pain.

As far as sources for genetics:

PeakseedsBC and Sannie are my two favorites pretty consistently. I've had good plants from a bunch of other shops though - Sweet Seeds, Chimera, Rare Dankness, TGA.

Maybe THC-V is what you need? If so look at those African sativas.
Thanks so much OGevilgenius...for the suggestions...I will look into some of these....
I need to be able to work and answer customer phone calls while partaking each day,,,so its also kinda important to have a level head for customer inquiry's.
Yes I actually suffer from both...but the nerve pain and resultant muscle-twitching....becomes so pronounced
that to watch my calves is kinda freaky...its like they are constantly moving/twitching so badly that,,,, I get a lactic acid build up in my calves just sitting at my desk...to the point of pretty much agony...If I walk my muscles get even more tired..

Its like most people go to bed and rest their muscles....mine on the other hand work themselves into a frenzy over night
and I end up with lactic acid build-up and some mornings I am very stiff from it.
I also get leg muscle cramps...usually in the shin area of all places...which are so immediately painful that you have to jump right out of bed and try to uncramp them ...as well cramps in the top of my foot....these are off the chart painful...
I also have structural issues at L4 and L5 and at T5,T6 ,T7 as well as a nasty disruption and displacement of my neck
vertibrae C5, partially crushed C6 and C7...verts these cause pain and numbness into my fingers from my neck....pain only a hefty dose lyrica will take care of.
With a few MRI'S under my belt and a few surgeons suggestions and inquiry's into... how come I can still walk.
I have been told to avoid falling down, and heavy lifting..lol and that surgery is not an option for me until I am bed ridden and only then would they attempt..making me a guinea pig..lol

Well, one thing, knowing you don't consume a lot - you need to consume far more. Of course you need to grow to get that going. I can smoke and it doesn't effect me really. Like I can do a huge dab and function perfectly fine no one can tell. You get to that point and I think you start to see more improvement.

I have nerve pain too. It's gone now. I had damage in my eyes from my diabetes. That's healed completely. I think a big reason why is my large dose. I didn't get this from lesser doses.

Sugar Punch and Silverfields I highly recommend from Sannies shop.

there was this big sativa plant I grew this summer
It looked beautiful ...much different than the rest of the girls I was thinking it might just be what I needed
it even had fox-tailed curly type buds but I let her go late and she finished up with tight solid buds on the top half of the plant....I looked for a picture...but could not find one...
it got ripped anyways

Whats your water intake like? Drinking more can help reduce cramping. Sodium intake being too low can also contribute to cramping. Adjusting these can definitely help reduce your cramping. We used to see it more often than youd think at the physio clinic. Not claiming its a cure, but it should help reduce the frequency. Also frequent stretching througout the day. Along with cannabis, it never hurts to have many tools in the tool belt of pain management and reduction

Thanks CALYXCRUSHER...
Thanks I do drink a lot of water every day already due to some other meds I take that squeeze sugar from my kidneys.
As you can imagine I pee quite a bit too...
The cramping actually started a few years back with the addition of cholesterol medications.
The first couple of cholesterol ...meds....lipitor and crestor..... actually caused large amounts of muscle wasting...and cramping in the arms and legs.
And it has continued on even though I quit these meds and replaced them with others....and those meds...it continued on..
I quit the medications all together...and the cramping subsided a little and the muscle wasting stopped....
my total cholesterol became impossible to read through blood work ...since my triglycerides were very high....
so they have put me back on pills again....
Kinda like running in circles...

Sorry to hear. Have you ever tried a TENS unit or Interferential Currrent Therapy for pain?

for cramps
sleep with a bar of soap under the covers.
also a little dish soap rubbed on the legs will help.
sounds strange but it works wonders for me.:bigjoint:
