I am actually looking for a strain that would be good for fibromalagyia, the extrema from sannie has worked good but am looking for other suggests.

bubba kush and hybrids of it are good for pain management. Hazeman seeds has a good cross of it called Fugu Kush. Blue Cheese is also another good one.
