What are the Steps Needed to Take in Order to Create Feminized Seeds?

I have been getting very creative lately with my garden. I am very interested in trying everything there is to do with growing. For me, the next step to satisfaction would be to make my own seeds from hermie plants. I had many questions about what has to be done in order to properly make a feminized seed. I am looking on amazon.com, and I see different selections of collodial silver. I noticed that they all have different ppm readings. What would be the best one to get, and how much should I make my ppm for the solution? After using google to browse through the subject, I read that feminized plants create pollen. What I wanted to know is how can a grower tell when a plant is producing pollen? What week of Flower should I start spraying the plants? I know that mature seeds have stripes down them, but I was not sure when one can tell a plant has a matured enough seed to germinate? Thank you for reading this and helping me out
