What are these little bugs and how do i kill them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!help please

WHAT ARE THESE LITTLE BUGS AND HOW TO I KILL THEM !!!!!!!!






Im like 9 days in toflower and dont want to have these bugs kill my baby

Spray with Organicide , or Neem Oil , or dish soap and water. Then rinse off the next day (if using dish soap).

Thrips

Baby thrips I need to kill them i have my fans on high and i mist my plants but whats the next step to kill these nast bugs.

go to your local garden store ad find a safe insecticide to use on fruit bearing plants Organicide , or Neem Oil there are plenty at any hydroshop and most ship within 24 hours

get those bugger quick-like otherwise they will infest the buds, spray liberally under the leaves as well, and see if you can round up a few ladybugs from the garden. Just go to home depot or walmart, they sell the orginc stuff, used for thrips, ants, spider mites... about $5.00 a bottle, it works too. Also check the soil and around the base of the plant. Use a magnifying glass.
