What are these?

Was told they are early signs of hermie.
This is a Northern Lights #5 that is in 4th week of switch to 12/12. This is an indoor grow in coco/perlite. Nutes are Jacks, currently running 2.2 ec with 3 feedings per day at 5 minutes each. PH is kept 5.8-6.0. Room temp averages 80F. Humidity varies 40-55%. (HVAC keeps it within this range)
The colas are stacking up pretty decent for only 4 weeks. I don't see anything unusual in the flowers.
I guess I haven't paid any attention (or enough) on my past grows to notice these things. A friend said they were early signs of hermie. My wife and I have spent an hour looking online for pics of hermie plants but don't see anything like this.
