Its getting to that point that I will be started seeds for the summer and I am interested to know what other people are gonna grow.
What strain? From seed or clone? What day/month do you usually put your plants out?
Have any cool method for watering? How many ounces you going for?
Are you a guerrilla grower? Share other factoids as well.
I recently acquired 20 feminized Afghani seeds which I will start April 1st with plans on putting them outside May 15th, give or take a week. I will put half of them on my own property and half in "other" areas (I will not trespass on any private land).
For my off property I can water whenever, but for off-site plants I use a piece of plastic at the bottom of the hole to keep water from percolating too quickly (BTW I always dig up and remove the plastic). This backfires sometime during very wet season, but I have had way more success than failure.
I am gonna put 20 plants out with the hope of getting 10 to harvest. I am aiming for a pound dry and cured.
I love to use Espoma Tomato Tone granular fertilizer. It contains Bt., which is a bacteria that is beneficial for keeping the plant healthy and free of insects that eat the plant tissue such as webworm. I fucking hate webworms. Then for flowering I use bat guano. I water with seaweed extract once a month also.
I plan on doing a summer grow journal, you should too.
