I make my chili with pulled brisket and chiorizo sausage. three different peppers, for that back, middle, and front heat. to die for, if I say so myself.

chilli, what peppers you using? i love the trinidad moruga jalapeno and for flavour throw a cherry smoked ancho. I am a hot sauce maker so me know peppers well

His hot sauces are wonderful, ive tried them. He knows wat hes talking about when it comes to peppers.

just chilies, anchos, and halepenos. heavy on the nice, smoky anchos.
