what ca i do with this?

so i gave my mate a seed ages ago and he grew it on his window ledge now he is moving so he has given it to me its really tall and spindley id say 2 foot tall with most of the leaves at the top of the plant, its female, ive put it under a 400watt hps im thinking of supercropping cos there is so much stem i was just woindering what else if anything i could do to make it bush up cos it looks a bit sparce

so should i just treat it as normal and have a big bush on long legs will it affect yield

u could trim her up, and bury her in a long pot lol, then veg her so she nice n tight , just my thoughts
