What calcium to order from amazon,Ca

I want to order some Ca for my coco /hydro hobby. I’m in Canada which water soluble product do you recommend? Thanks.
 
I wanted to apply Ca separately so I could use epsom salts for Mg (for sulfur). I found a product called Converge by Hurricane Hydroponics. It's soluble Ca silicate.

It was actually fairly pricey for an 8oz tub $17 shipped. Don't know iabout Canadian shipping. That's your job.

Custom Hydroponics is a good source for single element nutrients. calcium nitrate would also work except you may not want the N.

You know it fricken ridiculous I live in a city of over a million people I have 4 grow stores ad one green house type store. I ask for a calcium product and they all have that glare in there eye. Always pointing to the calmag. Geez! So I give up can’t find anything people suggest. Pills that are water soluble nope not in Canada.
so if someone could point me to where I can order a bag of calcium...... nitrate? Carbonate? I don’t know witch one. Thanks.
 
Ok so looks like Ca nitrate is out. Seems to have a lot of N in it. So is it carbonate I need?

What stage of growth are you going to use it for? And what sort of hydro system.
You may not want Calcium nitrate in late flower. Gypsum is ca sulphate and may be soluble enough...but interactions in res are always a risk. You can find calmag in powdered form. Mix your own...way cheaper.

Is there not a place that sells proper calcium for plants? Is this not a common thing? Seems it should be easy to find.

No sorry its not common - your ferts most likely contain all the calcium your coco buffer will need, rarely is this element in short supply :-)
