I have a grow going on in my greenhouse (5x4x6fthigh greenhouse size)

And literally my plant is pulled over corner to corner cos it hit the roof, now its filled out so much its hit the roof again and hit 3 sides or the greehouse, im trying to control it by tiing it up a bit but i dont know how much more it can grow before it starts to damage itself by being on the glass!

When can i realistically expect it to stop growing?

You may have to top them. Would be very hard to LST a plant this age. As they are not in flower yet you will need to have enough room for the growth that will occur while flowering and they could potentaily double in size when flowering.

pinching the main heads out means the plant will focus energy on the branches so it will grow wider not taller to do this u need to pinch the main heads out were the leaves form wen u do it it should look like this it splits in to 2

Nope not in flower, whencan i roughly expect this?

what do you mean by pinching the heads?
He means that you literally pinch the tops off of the uppermost shoots, which encourages the lower branches to grow taller, giving the plant a more "bush-like" appearance. I would go one step further and say cut back the top like a foot (I'd do a search for "pruning" on this site for more details on how/where to cut the plant, but basically you want to cut it right above a node with a sharp pair of scissors)...

As far as tying, he means you can train the plants to grow in any direction you want by tying them down, either to themselves or to the pots, greenhouse supports, whatever, so you fill the greenhouse horizontally rather than vertically. Next time, I'd consider getting an Indica heavy strain that is known to stay short, consider topping the plants early in their growth, and put the plants in the ground or bury the containers, if you haven't already, in order to save the height of the containers. I had much the same problem last year, so I feel your pain- I ended up having to finish most of mine outside of the greenhouse.

Good luck!

Yeah, i think pruning may be my only option now, Its probably almost 7ft upright, in that pic its pulled over at a 45 degree angle, what you can see mostly is the the branches which have shot up!

I have no experience so didnt realise i should have pruned it long ago!

:) im not sure about taking the top off the greenhouse, it would poke over the fence for all to see!

Any ideas on the best way to prune it? i can tie it down a bit more i guess!

you could obviously ruin your top, just turn that glass into a scrog, cut out some 5-6 inch holes, just gives that layer a nice support
