What could I be doing wrong? Sorry for big image. Leaves keep showing this and curling. Growth stunted

Lots of people overfeed following the Fox Farm schedule. If you're using the Dirty Dozen that's a recipe for KFC "Kentucky Fried Cannabis".

Cut back on the feeding. And it does look like you have bugs as well.

KFC and bugs. I think the actual chain had a bug problem. I just wish I did not, but appreciate the advice and will definately cut back on feeding.
