what deficancy is this

the leaf has no plant attched to it. thats the deficiency.

As the plant is old and has been fed a few times its salt build up causing this and only gets worse. You have to flush with ph 6.5 water every 4-5 feeds to flush out salts. Also the smaller the pot the worse the salt build up.

OK ill start flushing after every five feedings and see if I get improvement. Thanx for the advice.
