What deficiency is this?

Yeah a good flush would help you. You could either be suffering from N or sulfur. . A good flush for one watering and then add sulfur at a lower ph between 5.5 and 6.5 for the second watering. That will help with the sulfur uptake. Give it about a week and then begin normal feeding. This way you have eliminated the sulfur deficiency. and you can begin to work on the n which should not be problem she probably can take some extra p as well
