What deficiency is this?

First that pops to mind is mg deficiency. May also be other micronutes. If it is magnesium, you can give about 1.2 g/gal of Epsom salts which is what I use. Another option is Cal-Mag.

Either magnesium or manganese. Try a calmag that has a complete trace element profile
