canning porn, love it, we can everything, but i don't like the canned chicken, it go's all mushy and dry

Yesterday I collected a surprise 30 gallons of fresh rain. Totally unexpected until the morning forecast, been brutally dry. Got maybe 2” in about an hour. Very comfortable when compared to lately. 89* now

I survived a bike accident! Flipped over the bars directly on my face. Walked away with a bloody nose, fat lip and cuts a bruises. My helmet was tightly strapped to my chin and
Took the impact. I’m hurting
But I am Thankful!!
My tire slipped on a slick railroad track.

Picked more blackberries and froze them for future use.



Encountered a bald-faced hornet.



Also gutted some ripe white cucumbers for their seeds. Added a bit of water to the seeds and will let them ferment for a few days, then wash them and set them out to dry.
