what do i do with the open vents? computer fans blowing in or out?

wanted to know how to get temps down with this setup if possible

Temps from what? You'd probably create more temps with all them fans than the led

if i needed to lower temperatures. never been sure what to do with the roof and top right vents if anything.

Your doing more harm then good leaving those tops vent open imo. Close them up and get negative pressure in the tent from the inline fan. Try to vent the air farther from the tent or atleast keep the hot air high. Dont vent down to the mesh cent or ull simply be sucking the hot air u removed back in.

See what u want is to bring room temperature air in through those mesh vents and when the hot air rises ur inline fan Will suck it through the filter and outside the tent. By keeping the outside ducting short/high the heat will continue to rise and ur fresh room temp air will continue to come through the bottom mesh. This will also eliminate the need for the small clip fan as air will already be moving through the bottom canopy. Which will give u one more fan up top. Very important to have all other vents closed to allow a nice negative pressure throughout.
