Rugby is fun to watch for maybe 15 minutes, but since it isn't popular it is hard to get into (for americans anyways). NFL is all over our country, even the draft was a big prime time event. I love college football more though, probably because I go to a powerhouse school for football.

First of all its not rugby (union) its rugby league im talkin about which is a similar game but also a very different game and we have the best league of it in the world in Australia.

Here here on the cricket tip top,played it for years.Been watchin the IPL lately its good shit,last chance to see sum of the legends like warnie,symonds,gilly,haydos get around.

(NRL)- And with only a mouth guard and box - the same blokes play 90 mins of footy with only half time as break.

(NFL) - We do Not have a offensive and a defensive team that play a few minutes every ten.

But I can get into NFL too... As my wife is yankee.

see no protection - no pads..... You have to agree that NRL is a harder hitting man sport. LOL :)

I'd say Rugby is just as hard-hitting as American football but.. some of the guys playing rugby are just as big as the guys playing football. in rugby, the guys getting hit dont have on all the padding though. All the skull to face action seems pretty extreme. I wouldn't wanna do it without a helmet haha

So the aussies beat the kiwis last night & it reminded me of this haka,traditionally we just stand like 20 metres away & do nothin but this year we took it to em,it still gets me all fired up.
