Im 2 and a half weeks into flowering some skunk #1 and today I noticed some male pollen sacs growing on one of the plants.
So what do I do with it now that its a hermie?

yes definatly full of seeds, i would recommend to throw it away if you have other females in their with the hermie, or if you dont want to dicard it then at least put it somewhere.

newbie11 that is terrible advice!! You have no idea what you are talking about! you need to read the grow faq before giving out anymore bunk advice!!!!

Filled up with seedy, shitty bud producing hermaphrodites?

Helluva plan you got there...

As for the original question, get rid of them. Hermies are garbage and will pollute the genetics and ruin the crop of any plants they are around. If you're desperate, maybe you can prune back as many of the pollen bearing branches as possible and still get a good yield. But unless that's your only plant, I'd toss it.

Eliminate it. Composting is my method of choice. I've toyed with the idea of flowering a hermie just to observe the complete life cycle. It would be an interesting experiment (outdoor only).

plucking the sacks works sometimes in the early stages. if not burn them before the fall

Next time you see male flowers on your female plant spray it with some Reverse by Dutch Masters. That will inhibit male flower development. It has saved more than a few grows from what I have read. I recently ordered some for a female WW that has two balls. I plucked them off fearing that waiting for that stuff to arrive is silly. But I will use it on the plant to keep that from happening again or in the future gardens.

theres nothing you can do with any of that plant besides creating a bunch of hermi seeds, if its your only plant then keep it and harvest it but the remaining bud that you get will be very low in THC due to porduction of seeds and if you ever plan on growing again make sure you wipe down your grow area with alchohol or some other pollen killing solvent.

i can tell ya now even tho i dont have much growing experience ,i can tell that some people talk total shit on here,my first grow was a 5ft hermie ,was it worth it? bet your ass it was..great smoke and plenty of it,,,great sex drug =]seeds? yea everywhere ....a problem? no just shook the buds and they all fell out....and then a pure female was a result of one of them seeds which im growing now ,but the female seems to be more laced with ice i have noticed..if you are growing with other females in the grow room sure hermies are a problem, however if its your only grow i would just continue on,also there might be different types of hermies, some more female like my first grow others more male ,in the more male case maybe throw it ...and dont let anyone tell ya seeded but is crap ,just look at this at the cannibus cup the guys reckons the seeded bud was the best ..

Smoking it up at the Cannabis Cup

the very best bud

I had a hermie blow a few sacks in my grow room recently it didn't do too much damage. It was a hidden hermie though just like 4 balls on the whole plant. I find the occassional bean in a nug from the bottom of one of the other plants in my room. But even the hermie itself was fine from about mid way up the lower nugs have a million beans though

ok-I have 12 more plants no big deal. Ill kill it.
But, is there anychance that the male organs produced and released pollen in less than 3 weeks of flowering?
