what do you do with the sugar leaves when it s all purple/yellow

I am just about to harvest a plant tonight and all the sugar leaves were purple a while back but now everything is purple/yellow leaning more towards yellow. what do you do with the sugar leaves when it s all purple/yellow? garbage?

I would trim them like the sugar leaves they are. If you have lots of them and they are sugary, make a small batch of hash. If not, dispose of them in your preferred method. Are you worried that there will be something wrong with the bud?

ok thanks I guess I will just keep them separately ,... I was just wondering if people use those in the hash pile or no because they are half yellow... there is a fair amount of them yes...

The strain is Agent Orange from TGA

just make sure you get high quality light and they sure perform I mean no advertisement but I have used FERO lights for quite some time now and I am very happy, I think they no longer sell to the public though (dont quote me on this) I believe they only sell to shop owner and hydroponic stores from now. They do business with AREA 51 lighting as well and they carry the same lights and lifetime warranty. (I believe AREA 51 actually designed AF series))

There are a few good brands out there and I recommend paying a few extra bucks and that way you dont have to worry about them not being on par with your expectation...

Color has nothing to do with making hash. The thc inside and out does. I use stems and everything to make my hash. nothing goes to waste and when you use iso alcohol it doesn't matter if half is swag and half bomb.. the evaporated product will be pure thc. I experimented with iso extraction for the first time because I had moldy crappy leaves one time I forgot about (why the got moldy) I always used bubble bags before. Made the "moldy" iso hash and it was mkre potent than any bubble. Now I only use iso. I have a big glass cake pan almost 100% dry as we speak that was the full 2 inches last night. Almost full evaporation over 14 hours with a fan on it in 65 degree night temps.

I was asking because usually I dont put yellow leaves in the hash pile but this time around I have so many of them and they were not dead dry like just yellow and purple and full of trichs ... I am gonna dry them for now and maybe cook with them or something... I thought I heard you are not suppose to use yellow leaves when making hash... thanks for the reply!
