What do you guys think I should do Super crap lollipop Or scrog????

So what should I do just throw the scrog net it up pull it down on top of them and call it a day??? Should I do a little defoliating first get rid of some of the big families that are in the way of light getting through I don't want a lollipop them yet because they haven't got in that tall so where I know where the tops of the branches are going to be with the biggest of the buds if that makes sense

I think for simplicity you could just use some garden ties to LST your branches, a light defoliation, and flip to flower.
Thats your best best if you want to flower really soon.

If your willing to wait atleast a week before flip, you can do above, plus topping each node.

If you want to really go big, do everything above, add a trellis net, tuck the branches under the net for 2-3 weeks after you top then flip to flower.

I go big and like to use every inch of my grow space. Here were my plants right before flower

They sure grow a lot in flower, depending on strain they will triple in size.
If you tossed a net in there you could train them under the net through the flower stretch if you are worried about them growing too high.
You can tell from my pictures I have plenty of room for my stretch, so I let them fill the screen before I flipped.

Wow looks amazing I had white widow...rather underwhelmed although very vigorous healthy plant in both stages just lack of smell and airy nugs by the looks of your grow maybe I'm not using enough light I grew 5 girls with 2 400 w led ???

I did like the foliation on the one on the left yesterday it look like shit look very airy look like I did way too much I got a little nervous today I came in and you can't even tell the difference matter of fact I think she looks better than she did before I did the defoliation I'm going to Home Depot today to make a trellis net rather than tying the knot itself to the poles of the 10th which is a pain in the ass every year
