What do you guys think of this CREE COB LED for a nursery?

$175.59 for 2 shipped. I want to add 2 of these to a 5x5 nursery. I'm satisfied with the two 110w quantum boards I installed in the nursery to replace older T5 lighting, but young plants (or vegging plants in general) really seem to love the COB lighting.

In a nutshell at this point I would still prefer the quantum board / COB combo for vegging plants versus a high output 8 lamp T5. Sure the LED setup is twice the cost initially, but I'll never have to replace lamps and that's a big deal. Constantly replacing 4' lamps gets annoying and costly. What do you guys think? Money well spent or would you go another route in the 3500k spectrum to supplement 2 110w quantum boards?

Qauntum board all the way I'm vegging with 100 watts and it's unbelievable

That plant is not getting the full 100 watts too ,100 watts split to 4 pucks has 2 pucks on top so 50 watts to veg this 20 gallon
I'm using hlg qb96v2

I have 2 quantum boards, but I'm interested in providing supplemental lighting. I suppose I could add another board but I'd prefer something smaller like 2 COB's that I could spread out easily and not tie up a lot of real estate in the nursery tent. Your plant looks super healthy and lush! What kind of board is that and what K rating? I seem to get the best vegetative growth with a 3500k spectrum.

I'm using 4 of these
Top notch quality with HLG. I feel I erred by going with a mix of 3000k and 5000k chips on my 110w boards for veg. I'll attribute that to the learning curve transitioning to LED lighting. 3500k is the way to go. That's why your plants look fantastic. Kudos on your lighting choice!

So this here is what I'm working with. I really don't have a lot of space for more qb's in there. But a couple of small modular 100w COB's would kick some serious ass I think. I did this to myself. Should have asked around about chip recommendations before going with 5000k and 3000k chips. If I could do it over again I would go with all 3500k. The plants prefer it for veg plain and simple.

I ordered them. 2 COB's for $180 with UPS express shipping 6-10 days. I'll spread the QB's to the exterior and mount the 2 COB's towards the center. I might have to play with the configuration a bit to get it where I want it. I might even be able to pull both of these qb's out and repurpose them for something else. Shit I might even be able to stuff them in a single 5x5 tent with my Geyapex COB 360w light for some serious flower power. I kinda like flowering a single plant in 1 tent like I'm doing now with the Geyapex, but if I add the 2 qb's I'll have to upgrade the tent to a 5x5. Presently the Geyapex is in a 4x4 and there would be no room for 2 extra qb's.

Your 4x4 is weird my 4x4 can fit lots of qb plus room for more

It's actually 5x5. My clone tent is 4x4. I suppose it's not that I can't fit more it's that I don't want more qb's. I really am quite fond of the performance of COB lighting for vegetative growth. My rooting clones never looked as happy as they have under COB LED lighting @ 3500k. That's a beautiful setup you did there. Clean and nicely spread. I really like the long style boards and how you mounted them. If I'd have seen your tent before I started buying lights I probably would have duplicated your setup. Very nicely done sir.

What is the total power draw for each board? That's a fantastic spread of light you achieved with that setup.
