Looks like a very low powered LED fix. The last LED I bought has like 7 spectrums and some IR in it and the 50 LED's are like 5 Watts. It was pretty pricy back then but, it works well. I also have a 3 watt led like maybe 60 LED's that's full spectrum and works. I personally, would not buy that light based on the specs. I think you can probably get a decent LED for $100 like the Mars 300 watt. Wait for others to chime in tho for sure. Mine doesn't even have a brand name. Don't remember who made them either.

don't buy it they are pretty much a waste only 14 watts
I am going to hear crap for saying this, but
if you are on a tight budget do some research and pick a decent china led to try (with the under standing they come with little to no support) i picked up a 180 watt ufo for 82 bucks definitely pick something with decent leds 3-5 watt
looks for cree bridgelux philips brand leds in the unit

I hear great things about area 51 if you want to pay a little more they have 75 and 100 watt panels (use cree only)

The cheap led lights are simply not worth it. I am sure some grow buds but on the whole you can do better building your own. Read in the LED section for a while. Dont let anyone tell you electrical efficiency and lumen per watt output doesnt matter. They do.

Thanks guys. I need to do some more research for sure.
go to home depot and get those cree 100w equivalent LED household bulbs. they work good for veg or flower. otherwise area51 LED is what i would recommend. they are on backorder because they are so popular.

COB is great too if you don't mind doing a little work you will save money

a single Cree cxa3070 cob will blow this ebay light out of the water, you can build a single cxa3070 complete with power supply and heat sink and cree cob for just under 100 bucks, or a single first gen mars hydro 300 for around 100 bucks is also much better at 7900 lumens if you dont want to build a cob light, but the light you are asking about wont even hold up to CFL's sadly

Those cheap as fuck LED the worst type of light for any plant, the diods blow really quick as they are overdriven in the factory to make them seem more bright than that are to con you.
