What do you guys think?

Hello everyone, these spots started showing up about 2-3 weeks ago. You can only see them when you look at a certain angle.(and are really hard to take pics of lol) They look like resin glands(im pretty sure they are) What do you guys think? Ive never had one do this before. If it is resin glands thats gotta be a good thing right?lol
