wow, this fucking website gets pretty harsh on new comers huh? If I can't learn shit here, where can I?

heyhey dont be a pussy now.. we are here to help but you got to understand we've all heard a lot of tales in our day so every surprize is a riot to laugh about. its not personal at all just a little funny. read russOr post and follow his merry christmas link.

also in the our (the royal we) defense there are a couple of assholes and we do not condone uncooth and unruly language/remarks. but we (lol) also expect people to spend more time studing their crafts. the cumulative knowledge contained here is for all to share, grow, and prosper.

all people inexperienced should start wit studing basic characteristics and use lots of common sense. geez its a fukin weed people not rocket science. all you need is common sense to grow somthing that has survived naturally for thousnads of years and continues to evolve. what we do i take all those natural properties and expand on them, nurture them (the plants), and try to provide THE optimum growing environment for our bounty.

so read more then ask silly questions so that you understand the answer.

Ms. KIM.. I am sorry if I came across harsh.. i was just playing. I don't think it is a stupid question.. NOT at all.. As a matter of fact many growers do spray their plants with mineral water..

please accept my apology if I came across harsh.... LOVE LOVE LOVE

I just finished watching this video that was posted on the forum from this Canadian guy who shows you how to set up a badass grow room. I think he was talking about using a spray bottle with soda (or bubbly water or seltzer or whatever it's called) to spray your plants in the flowering stage for CO2. Does that make any sense, maybe?

it is taller than the other. the leaves have a slightly "meatier" look. leaf blades were sticking straight up. it did look better than the non-sprayed plant. it may be good for it. but i'll take the lower yield over the sticky cola. just brushing against it got all over me. the thought of spraying it during flowering is silly. it was not really absorbing into the leaves. maybe in a diluted solution. you'd have to rinse it all off. i'm ready to just dunk it in fresh water.

I do not think the sodium is good at all but good luck. Seltzer water is best because even Perrier has 2mg of sodium it works though for a small grow.iI think it makes the buds more resinous.peaceout

Spraying plants with cola is done by unscrupulous dealers selling shwag. It is done to make crappy mexican weed both heavier and sticky and is usually done after breaking up the brick NOT during growth.

I know this is an old thread, but has anyone considered that the PHOSPHORIC ACID would help root development as well as flower production if poured directly into the soil (not sprayed on leaves). I wondered the same thing, since Blackstrap Molasses accomplishes much the same thing(one tbsp/gal water approx) ...any true horticulturists or botanists, or experienced growers who could offer some insight without sounding like a hater? PEACE ALL :)

Also a lot of people say they're know what they're doing but only have the knowledge of what they've heard other people say I've been growing for 18 years every single year I'll learn something new a lot of people will tell new Growers to do all these things and they think they need to get caught up in all of the science of the grow when sometimes actually you grow best when you just planet and leave it alone with all of the stuff that is going on nowadays and hopefully legalizing it in more places why not help other people grow the more we grow the more we learn the better strands better end products we can get I know actual people who has only growed for maybe a year or even three or four years and they think they are experts I know depending on if you're going indoor or outdoor it takes your time to grow something and you wouldn't want to see it mess up after all that time wasted but the fact of the matter is learn as you go you'll get better and use what you learn to help other Growlers

Why are you resurrecting decade old threads?

Also, spraying with cola is an age old trick to bamboozle your customers.

You tell them you have to charge extra for the sticky icky, they see the bud and it's sticky so they're happy...until they smoke it.
