what does this means....(shitty)pics included

jus got back from my area of growth and saw this discoloration/spotting on one of my plantas I've been spraying with neem pretty much daily, and I have no idea what this could be...I had a horrible problem with caterpillars last year and it was a hard lesson learned(these are outside bytheway). Also have a problem with brown marmorated stinkbugs in and around my home...just a debriefing.

may need a little magnesium. a little bit of epsom salt will give them what they need.

for the love of god...it looks like its spreading to other plants. if someone could please make a prognosis so i can get closer to a diagnosis

its either magnesium or pottasium. either one will cause spotting.

Your plants have tobaco mosiac virus and yes it will spread from plant to plant, thats is the bad news. The good is most MJ plants are not killed by this and usually outgrow the problem. This is a common problem with outdoor plants especially ones located close to gardens with tomato plants. It is important to clean all equipment used that comes in contact with these plants and washing your hands before handling other plants. Affects parts of the plant should not be used for clones as you will simply pass this along in your grow.
