What exactly do the two rankings mean

Can, any one tell me how the rankings work on the forums.

I know one of them is related to the number of posts you do. but what about the 2nd one.
 
the orange one is your experience level, and the green one is your activity level, the green notches indicate your reputation...i think.
 
thanks, that part I knew. I was talking about like the titles under your username.

420 Time
Stoner
Ganja Smoker
Pot Head
and so on.
