What exactly does "feminized" mean ?

After a lot of thought, weighing up the pros and cons, I bought my first feminized seeds 3 years ago.

Should have done it long ago - I have never had a male, never had a hermie - just guaranteed girls.

Feminised seeds ARE THE BUSINESS IMHO.

same here...not one male not one hermie.these seed banks will bullshit you on a lot of info...but sometimes they dont.they has to be a reason they sale them at double the price of the other seeds...i think most of the people that dont get the fem seeds...have never had them and cant be a good judge on them...it seems when people dont use something for their own reasons...they tend to say anything to get people to grow their way...whether or not they have any knowledge things they never even used.if you talk to people that buy fem seeds..i bet you wont find many..if any that had them turn male...and if it turns hermie....then you simply stressed it too much or let light in during its dark period...thats the grower..not the seed

Very much agree - I try to advise people only on things that I have DONE and what I have found works.
You wouldn´t believe some of the flak I get when I attempt to correct the Old Wives´Tales (and believe me, there are stacks of them) that people have only READ.

Bought 5 DNA RockLock, 3 herms, 2 males.
Out of all the feminized seeds bought these were the only problems.

Hmm. I got a feminized DNA RockLock freebie this summer, and it was a male too. The only male out of the 50 or so femmed seeds I've germed.
