I mean i know what supercropping is and how to do it but does it increase yield much or does it just give more top colas??? Also whats the difference between LST and supercropping?? Aside from the pinching and bending i mean.

lst opens up the main stalk by letting more light hit areas where they would normally not, hence producing more and substantially bigger budsites over time.

supercropping injures the plant slightly if done right . either by bending over or pinching and twisting the branches. by snapping the inner layers of the plant you force it to send more nutrients to the afflicted area .this hinders the growth of the plant slightly ,but in the end i think you will see bigger buds.

personally i do both . why not . both are proven techniques to improve yield;-)
