what fertilizer for flowering

can anyone tell me some u.k. brand name fertilizers that will help in the flowering stage? i should start12/12 in the next few days and my local shop has a very limited selection of plant food. hope someone can help me.
 
yes i'm using soil but my local garden centre is 75 miles awayand i have to use what i can find in my local shop which offers a very limited choice.
 
Just look at the packets of the plant food and look for a balance that is low in nitrogen (N) and high in Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). You can figure it out yourself.
 
stay away from 10-64-10 trust me its not working for me.. does your soil have prenute or slow release nutes mixed in.. if so i would really go light on adding any other nutes... try to find 0-30-18 or anything close.. you want almost zero Nitrogen to much will lock out your P and that will lock out your K. weed specific nutes are online at advancenutrients.com or simplyhydroponics.com
