hello,
i am hoping some of guys here can help me figure out what happened to me the other night.
The story goes like this.....
I had a sort of reunion with some friends that have been away for a while.
We thought it would be good to start off the night at a pub, have a few drinks and catch up. I'm not a big drinker. I hadn't had a drop in weeks.
When i drink, i like to drink cider. i find it far more enjoyable than struggling through a beer. can't stand the stuff.
Anyway, had one pint at the pub and moved onto a party. At the party i had about 4 bottles of cider, but i was feeling fine and enjoying myself. We had to walk home (4-5 miles). It was late, around 1am and on our way home we decided to have another quick pint in the pub. We went in, had our drink and left. By now we were all feeling tired.
Eventually we get back to my house. one friend crashes out on the sofa so me and the other friend decided to roll a joint. We rolled it and went outside, we found a gate to perch ourselves upon and lit up the spliff.
By the time we had finished the spliff we were just talking and laughing etc. having a good time basically. i jumped off the gate and stood on the floor, a few moments later a very peculiar felling came over me.
I started to feel EXTREMELY light headed. my friend was talking but i couldn't concentrate on him, i was trying to keep my balance. Then i felt extremely disorientated, i couldn't see (apart from the visualizations of what appeared to be golden cogs) even though my eyes were wide open.
I bent over double and was sure i was going to fall over, i grabbed onto the gate but i was unaware if i was on the floor, standing, or even really conscious. it was very scary, luckily i had a good friend there.
I didn't really say anything to him as i didn't want to freak him out but eventually i had to. i asked him where we were etc.... He helped me up and let me lean on him as we walked back down the lane to my house. at this time i still couldn't see, and i was extremely confused.
when we got back inside i felt fine again, i drank some water and went to bed.
Even though i have never passed out, that's what it felt like.
i guess it was just a combination of:
have you ever felt something similar?
thanks

- marijuana
- tiredness
