If you harvest the buds early they wont be at there full potential and the smoke will not be as good, the potency and the high will be much better as the buds mature so let them go until there done then chop it

I wouldnt pull early unless absolutly necessary brudda, you want the trichomes to be fully developed before you pull them... take care

your flirting with disaster, give them to a friend or something if possible, it might suck a bit but getting a cultivation charge and getting your probation revoked would suck alot more and you'd still lose the plants.

I have pulled plant's at 5/6 week in but only if there is no other way out of a certain situation,the plant's will still get you high but will not be no where near has potent has if left full term also the plants will not taste no where near has nice has if they was flushed but sometime's things like this have to be done.Every gardener will have to do this at one time in there gardening career but if possible leave them for has long has possible but if there is no other way then pull them trim them up and smoke em ......tyke.......................
WTF?!?! This is the sound advice we are giving him really? Okay, you need to do a very heavy analysis of your situation and know the consequences either way. These gentlemen have only illustrated the consequences of pulling the plants. Depending on your state and the amount you're growing, you could do time and get all of the property that you have used to cultivate, taken away. Your house if you're growing in there, your car if you drove anything around. Just think about it. If the police are really "on to you", it's probably not safe to transport them. IF you truly believe that you're in trouble, chop and flush. Save your ass for growing another crop down the road 
If you think there is ANY chance you are going to get busted, pull them now, destroy everything you pull ASAP. clear your residence and vehicle of any traces of anything illegal. Up to you whether you leave lights on schedule or not. Part of me would probably want to provoke them into dropping the ball once I knew I was safe, but I guess just because that's the only way you might be able to tell for sure... New growers get paranoid though, so make sure you aren't just overreacting (though if you are overly paranoid, it might be a sign that growing is not for you anyway).

Next time, wait till you get off of papers before you do anything like this in the home they know you reside in. Major penalties. If I may ask, before you do anything irrational, why do you think your PO(probation or parole officer) is on to you?

if your po is really onto you why risk it, chop the bitch down coz you can always grow again but you cant take back charges against you
lay low for a bit then restart growing
