Why would anyone spray water with their hot bulbs exposed? Try this, take your everyday drinking glass at room temperature. Pour some just boiled hot water into it. Let it sit for a minute, then take cold water and pout it into the glass and see what happens... Physics 101 man. It works the opposite way too. Throw a glass in the freezer and then pout hot water into it. You are just plain lucky you haven't blown a bulb. Oily finger prints can also shorten a bulbs life.

Man some of the things I see people doing on this forum amaze me.

well perhapes what should have been said is the colder the water on a hot bulb the chances are greater for the bulb to blow.. but most normal tap water temp. the chances are prety low to none. physic 101

Cervates does not know his ass from a hole in the ground. He spreads as much bad info as the newbies and internet experts here do..

Just stop's working ^^

I personally like to replace bulbs each grow.

Usually thats a 1-2 month veg then a 2-3 flower all depends really.

There cheap enough and the way I see it is , even if replacing my bulb's every grow only helps me gain an extra couple of grams per plant, compared to just using my old bulb again , it's already payed for itself.

I have his grow bible, I thought it was full of pretty general info; Cervantes' bible is better imo. What do you mean by VooDoo, is there something you don't agree with?
