What has happened to this seedling?

I use the peat pucks, no problem. Like everything else, I'm sure its personal preference. I'd keep the seedling too, especially if you don't have a plethora of seeds. Don't fool with it at this point until the peat is a bit dry on the outside, but before the inside gets dry. At this point, I wouldn't clip the leaves. The thing was on the verge of death, it's coming back, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

You seem to be new at this. Most people on this board have been where you are. Everything will take care of itself at this stage. I started growing 8 months ago and know how hard it is to leave your first ever seedlings alone. I used to check on them like 10 times a day. Less is more at this point! Be patient through the whole grow. If you have questions, post 'em on the board(or PM me if you like) and in 3 months you'll be stoned out of your gourd!

flush them down the toiled?? nah, preserve life man!! :D

Anyway, thx guys, i have let the peat dry for about 2-3 days now and its still a little bit moist. She is looking much better though, I can actually see proper growth.

Nice, i will keep this thread posted on how she does in a couple of days.

By the way guys, just dropping by to say that the seedling is doing well now, it didnt take much time to recover!

Here is a picture of it now:
