1 onion,chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 15-oz can pinto beans
1 cup red lentils
1/4 cup TVP ( or soy chunks)
1 cup freshly made wholegrain and flax bread crumbs ( or use wholewheat bread crumbs or you can add ground flax seeds to the mixture)
1 cup Daiya cheddar cheese,grated
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder (or as per taste)
salt to taste
2-1/2 - 3 cups vegetable broth/water

You need insurance and if you chose not to buy it there will be a fine, chose not to pay your fine and you can go to jail and if you would like to get out early you can work to gain an earlier release, this will be good for the economy and teach people that they need insurance- it is not an option, everyone needs it.

Being uninsured is dangerous if you are uninsured you could die, so everyone needs insurance.
Soon we will have drones that will be able to tell if you are carrying your insurance card and if you are insured you will be fine and if you have chosen to break the rules and decided not to buy insurance they will know and you will be penalized.
