What is bagseed?

Ok, I'm really new.. but I had the BEST Oz of bud I have ever smoked and .. got a seed...
It's sprouted, and it's under light now... I took pics of day 2 today.. if that shit grows, and is female.. and is good... I will test it.. and if it's the same couch lock shit that came from the bag.. I will send you an 8th... just to try it.. I'll let you know though.
I know a seed from a good bag of weed doesn't mean a good plant.. but.. it can.. from what I've read.
If I'm wrong, tell me, and point me where to read so I will know better next time.

NO YOU ARE RIGHT MANY PEOPLE USE BAGSEED WITH GOOD OUTCOMES JUST CHECK THE SEEDS ARE VIABLE BEFORE PLANTING.YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF THEM GROWING MALE/FEMALE/HERMI.
Fresh seeds have a waxy glimmer and a hard, intact shell.
Colours range from a buff through a dark brown, and from light grey to almost black colours. Often seeds are mottled with brown or black spots, or lines on a lighter field.
Green or whitish seeds are usually immature and will germinate feebly if at all.
Shiny, very dark brown or black seeds often mean the contents are fermented and the embryo is dead. Fermented seeds crush easily with finger pressure and are hollow or dusty inside.
Brick or compressed cannabis seeds must be checked as seeds that are bruised or crushed are not viable.

I am currently growing a seed from a sack I bought.Its hands down the most prolific female plant that I have seen shes putin on 1-2 inches a day is 5 1/2 weeks old already got hairs too...The strain is called lake effect seems to be sativa dominate,starting to stink...

isnt nycd or chem from a bagseed?.. i havnt griwn bagseed in a while .. but you can get alot of suprises wit the bagseed.. it aint gon be the same as the bag u bought.. i.e. mid, schwag or reggie whatever

thats what i was sayin.. nycd was a bagseed.. its all weed, sure potency and taste/smell will differ.. but if grown correctly even the schwaggiest weed can come out decent ...

i grew bagseed from some regular weed.. wasn't anything special.. but the plant i harvest was completely diff look smell and taste.. not to mention it was 10 times better
