What is diagnosis for this yellow splotchy on the seedlings single leaves?

I have 4 seedlings in a grow tent using Giixer 1000W LEDs. I had them on VEG only about 10" above the seedlings.
This is the only seedling with the yellow discoloration also I noticed the leaf edges started to curl upwards. They are in cloth nursery starter bags in Miracle Grow Seedling Starter Mix that is 3-2-3 with no time release Nitrogen.
I was thinking light burn and heat so I moved the LED lights up to 18" earlier today and I also turned on the Bloom switch too so running both Veg and Bloom on now for full light wavelength. But from the pics I viewed online it makes me think its a Calcium deficiency or lockout.
The temperature in the tent ranges from 75 to 80F and humidity fluctuates from 65 to 75%.
This morning I PH's my tap water and our city water comes from the Shenandoah RIver so its Alkaline and Hard.
Tap water PH was 7.6
I then filled up 7 gallon jugs of tap water and put 1ml of PH Down in it. Shook it. Retested at 6.4-6.5 PH. Did it to each 1 gallon jug and same color lime green around 6.4-6.5
This water is being used to water with a spray bottle now. So thats why I thought maybe a Calcium lockout.
Still odd the other 3 plants have no yellow colorations on them when using the loupe.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions and help

Well I can’t understand what that other member said, but if you can, I hope it was helpful. Might be light burn. Your 1000 watt blurple is probably drawing 100 watts or so at the plug; my friends does. If you have a kill-a-watt you could measure that. Both switches is usually for flower, but I’m not a big expert on those types of lights. Should be good enough for veg though. Mid 6’s for PH is fine. You’re putting water on with a spray bottle? I’d soak the soil down good once and then go away until it gets light to the touch.
Your temp and humidity look ok.

A pic in more natural light would help.

My current flower grow had one seedling that was always weaker, half the leaves are striped yellow. It had spots on the stem when it first sprouted. I wiped it down with some H2O2 and sprayed with some soapy water. It grew OK but never fully got green. Flowering as good as it's normal sister though. I figured it was a generically defective seed.

There's one other seed that sprouted with damaged cotyledon. Online says it's probably genetic defect. The first single leaves on it only formed halfway. But the next set have emerged looking normal. It is by far behind the others in growth. A runt per to say. Since it's a living thing I let it live. Never underestimate a runt. Possible it may give the best smoke out of all 4 of them even though it may need to be put on a bucket since it'd be smaller. I'll give it a chance but will pay close attention to avoid it going hermie on me.

I took a clearer pic of the one with yellow. The leaves are not droopy and not dry. Thinking it was light burn now. I used a lux meter and now have both lights giving them 6000 lux in between the 5000 and 7000 suggested online. I turned the bloom switch back off. I'm first time grower so this is my learning pains. If just one survived and I got 5 Oz I'll be happy. I want it to be the skunk bud though cause I need help with my insomnia issue.

Also included a pic of the tent setup. Got my TS 3000 Mars Hydro 450w light for when time for flowering.

Just start over that thing is done for
I kept it and its doing really good now. I used sanitized scissors and cut off the yellow. There was plenty of fan leaves so wasnt worried about shock.
I just recently transplanted 3 of them into 5 gals with FFOF 1/3 and FFHF 2/3 with additional worm castings mixed in and top dressed. Then I top dressed 1/4 cup of Dr. Earths Tomato and Veg organic fert. I made gal jugs of water mixes. One is mixed with epsom salts for foliar spray and another with Cal/Mag for any deficiencies that show. Im using Dr Earths Organic dry ferts and the advanced 1-1-1 Pot o Gold and Metabolism Transformer.
They suffered no transplant shock as I carefully cut the nursery bag off slowly and put in each fabric pot. The midget super skunk is in a 3 gal. Still not sure if it will make it but still growing midget size leaves. Has to be bad genetics since its planted the same. On the left is the Indica Super Skunk and on the right is the Sativa White Widow Autos.. This technically is 25 days from seed. So about 1 1/2 wks into Veg.

So you used scissors to cut off the yellowing fan leaves? I personally leave those on. They’re going deficient for a reason, usually low N. The plant will still need N and will look to higher up leaves to get it. So when I get yellowing fans I leave them on until the petiole is too dried up to pass fluid and then I twist them off. I spray nothing on my leaves. Feed them right and it’s not necessary IMHO. Plus wet foliage invites mold and mildews.

I didnt cut it off. I left it on there since it was still young. It stopped after I lifted the lights.
I concluded it was light burn. I had the Giixer Leds at 10" and I read on other forums people had them at 10" and were getting light burn. I moved them to 20" and it solved the problem. After I transplanted I switched over to the Mars Hydro TS3000 and are following their lighting guidelines for each stage with awesome results so far.
Im in week 5 now and these are what they look like after 2 weeks of feeding.
The one with light burn that I thought was a runt is now the tallest plant in 1st week of flower and shows Sativa dominance.
The other WW Auto is showing bushier Indica dominance.
The 2 with the larger fan leaves are the Super Skunk Fems. I love their genetics so much. Beautiful plant. Cant wait to see her flower.
I topped the one and fimmed the other.
