What is going on here? Please help!

Can someone help to diagnose these problems??

Started as clones and I got them when they were about three weeks old, growing in FFOF, water every three days or so, no added nutes, been in this soil for about a week, temp is about 78*, lights are 4ft 4 bulb T5's, PH on one plant is 5.9 and 6.3 on the other. Let me know if more info is needed

What are these spots? Based on everything I have read it seems to be an Mg deficiency, am I right? Started in lower leaves. Also, vertical growth has stopped.

Also the edges of the leaves are curling up (both old and new growth) and some of the leaves are twisting at the tip or half way down the leaf, what does this mean?

I'm not using nutes. FoxFarm Ocean Forrest does not need additional nutes for up to thirty days, unless this is BS. They have been doing great until yesterday.

I too would like to know because I grow in FFOF too and all my plants look just like this. I don't understand how it could be a deficiency because I thought FFOF had enough nutes for about a month. And I nute as well after a week into flower, but I dont over do it, every other or 2 waterings. It can't be nute lock from hard water cause I water with only distilled, but have used very hard water in the past with the same results.

I'm actually thinking of switching to MG, its a lot cheaper and all the plants Ive seen grown in it do not end up like this.

Hey Monkey, I chatted with a fella from a local hydro shop and he said that the FFOF has a bout two weeks worth of nutes, tops, regardless of what the bag says. After hearing that I realized that my girls are just hungry! This is why they are showing a few different issues. Give them some nutes and they should be good to go.
