Sometimes, you ll find some seeds that are way slower to get their way out of soil at first but gonna end up being "Killer"
Give her some more time and you will see if she got more to give you! She look green so there still hope!
Just be sure to not over water them it wont help them grow faster. Some people tend to make this mistake which end up doing negative effect on the plant itself.

I guess I can keep her with the others because they will be going into flowering at the end of the month
